Hagir was nothing short of my guardian angel during my wedding. Hiring her was the best decision I made through this whole wedding process! I am so glad I hired her when I realized how overwhelmed I was the week before my wedding and she jumped right in and executed so much communication and coordination for us. It’s incredible what she pulled off for me, dealing with opinionated family members, my scattered communication, and details that still needed to be planned the week-of, all with such professionalism and compassion. Having a wedding in your parents’ backyard sounds simple, but can also be complicated with lots of cooks in the kitchen.

Hagir took the helm and handled everyone with the grace and leadership we needed. She also rushed ahead to our reception at Barrington’s White House and provided much needed coordination help. What a busy background bee- none of our guests knew about how hard she was working in the background, they just experienced a seamless lovely party! I feel so truly lucky to have found Hagir, and I know it would NOT have all come together so well without her! If you can get her, don’t wait! Just hire her! Hiring Hagir was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we brought her on, just three-ish weeks before our big day, she completely exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like all of our stress melted away once she stepped in.

Her communication leading up to and throughout the wedding was flawless. She kept us informed, reassured, and always a step ahead. On the day of, her coordination was not only thorough and organized but seamless! Everything ran so smoothly that we were able to just enjoy the moment.

What really stood out was her demeanor. She remained professional, and incredibly supportive. She handled every detail with grace and made us feel cared for in every interaction. She talked both of our fathers into giving toasts. It’s such a small detail on paper, but in reality, it turned into one of our favorite memories of the day. That alone speaks volumes about how gifted she is at her job.

We didn't hire a videographer, but Hagir and her team recorded our ceremony on my husband's phone. On top of that, she is a talented photographer herself! We were at peace with the fact that we probably wouldn't get videos of our first dances or speeches, so we were delightfully surprised when she sent us an album full of those special moments so we can relive them over and over again.

Hagir's thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and incredible kindness added so much joy to our day. She remained calm and pivoted easily as unforeseen circumstances arose, handling last-minute changes with a grace that kept me grounded.

She even gave us a perfectly tailored gift, which we did not expect. Because we did a "donut-cutting" instead of cake, she gifted us a beautiful, custom-made board that really elevated that moment. It is now a keepsake that we can cherish forever.

Her organization and communication skills are impeccable. She took over all communication with our vendors, got everyone on the same page, and answered every question we had right away. My biggest worry was losing track of time, but she kept us right on schedule so we didn't have have to think about it. Her leadership allowed us to live in the moment and feel like guests at our own wedding.

Even during the reception, I recommended Day-Of & Co. to my cousin who is getting married later this year. We are still getting compliments over a week later, with many guests telling us it was one of the best weddings they have ever experienced. We know that is all thanks to Hagir and her team.

From arranging the last-minute extra flowers to helping with our photos and making sure everything was exactly where it needed to be, you were just so great! And making sure both sides of our families, Indian and Polish, felt welcomed- that meant the world to us!

And Hagir was the one who noticed that Riki had customized the inside of his tux jacket and made sure the photographers captured it, it ended up being one of our favorite moments and photos!
